All Parts of the PoC Must be Acceptable
An acceptable plan of correction is required for all deficiencies/violations to be in compliance.
When more than one deficiency/violation is cited, the plan of correction for each deficiency must be acceptable in order for the overall plan of correction to be deemed acceptable.
- It is acceptable to reference plans of correction for different deficiencies/violations if the corrective action is identical. For example: The plan of correction for W255 may state: "Refer to W159.
All deficiencies cited in the CMS-2567 and all violations cited in the DADS-3724 must be individually addressed in the plan of correction.
