Texercise Fort Bend is comprised of state and local organizations committed to developing an exciting new way to get moving, eat right and stay fit. We serve as a resource to Texans of all ages, offering educational events to help motivate the community with the long-term goal of adopting a healthier lifestyle. Whether you want to get started at home or in the company of others, we have activities that are right for you.
Texercise Fort Bend is a public service. There are no fees to join; however, some of our partners may charge for certain programs. Don’t wait, come participate and earn rewards to a better you, better health and better lifestyle. We challenge Texans to become physically fit by offering education, exercise and motivational activities.

Greatwood seniors excited about Texercise
We at Greatwood Retirement are all so excited about the Texercise Program that I have needed to purchase additional 1-pound weights for our afternoon chair aerobics class. We have many seniors who are over the age of 80 — and many in their 90s — who participate daily. | Read more
