Alamo Texercise is comprised of state and local organizations committed to developing an exciting new way to get moving, eat right and stay fit. We serve as a resource to Texans of all ages by offering educational events to help motivate the community with the long-term goal of adopting a healthier lifestyle. Whether you want to get started at home or in the company of others, we have activities that are right for you.
Alamo Texercise is a public service. There are no fees to join; however, some of our partners may charge for certain programs. Don’t wait, come participate and earn rewards to a better you, better health and better lifestyle. We challenge Texans to become physically fit by offering education, exercise and motivational activities.
