Hold weekly gatherings during the 12-week program to provide ongoing motivation for your participants. Some ideas for weekly activities could include: fitness demonstrations, brown bag lunches with fitness/nutrition discussions exercise sessions using the Fit for the Health of It! DVD.

During the fourth week of the program, contact the Texercise staff to order the mid-point motivational incentives. Please be sure to provide the number of participants currently in the program.
Texercise incentives vary depending on stock, but can include items such as resistance bands, water bottles, etc.
