Get involved

The Texas Autism Research & Resource Center (TARRC) encourages you to get involved in helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. This might include making a suggestion to improve this website, participating in a TARRC survey, or sharing a success story related to someone with ASD that could inspire others. Involvement can also mean taking part in community activities, such as:

  • volunteering to assist an ASD organization with its operations or initiatives;
  • attending an ASD event that promotes awareness and/or raises funds for research or services; or
  • participating in ASD-related research conducted by Texas universities.

It doesn't matter how you get involved; what matters is making a difference. We believe that all of these efforts ultimately serve to improve the resources and information available in this state for people with ASD and their families — and that makes Texas a better place to live.

For information on how to assist TARRC in fulfilling its mission to support people with ASD and their families, click on the menu to your left.
