Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Provides community-based services to frail elderly people who qualify for nursing facility placement. PACE uses a comprehensive care approach, providing an array of services for a capitated monthly fee that is below the cost of comparable nursing facility care.

  • Specialty services, such as dentistry and podiatry
  • Social services
  • In-home care
  • Meals
  • Transportation
  • Day activity
  • Housing assistance

Financial eligibility is determined by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. For more information, please visit their website.

Other eligibility requirements

  • Be over age 55
  • Choose PACE services
  • Qualify for a nursing facility leve of care
  • Live in the PACE service area
