Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
Provides community-based services to frail elderly people who qualify for nursing facility placement. PACE uses a comprehensive care approach, providing an array of services for a capitated monthly fee that is below the cost of comparable nursing facility care.

- Specialty services, such as dentistry and podiatry
- Social services
- In-home care
- Meals
- Transportation
- Day activity
- Housing assistance
Financial eligibility requirements
Other eligibility requirements
- Be over age 55
- Choose PACE services
- Qualify for a nursing facility leve of care
- Live in the PACE service area
