Consumer Rights and Services employees take complaints about the treatment of people who receive services in long-term care facilities or in their homes. Click here to learn more. They also will take incident reports from long-term care service providers.

How can I contact Consumer Rights and Services?
The Consumer Rights and Services toll-free line is 1-800-458-9858.The DADS Consumer Rights and Services section implemented a pilot project on Jan. 2, 2012, to evaluate the receipt and processing of full service delivery during expanded Call Center hours. The pilot concluded on June 30, 2012. While the analysis and evaluation is underway, expanded hours will continue to operate Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. until further notice.
