Home and community-based waiver instructions, technical guide and review criteria
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has developed a technical guide for 1915(c) waiver applications. The technical guide provides states with information to assist in developing a viable 1915(c) waiver. Providers may review the guide to assist them in providing comments to DADS on 1915(c) waivers.
