Texas Home Living Program Questions and Answers During and after the Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Program Implementation Training in early 2003, the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation received the following questions about the new program. In the near future, the department is planning to distribute a second question and answer document that will contain frequently asked questions received during TxHmL Implementation Training held in February 2004.
