HCS Billing Guidelines Training

Due to provider requests for extra face-to-face training dates, staff from DADS Billing and Payment Unit will provide additional one day training on the recent changes to the billing guidelines. The training will be conducted in multiple waiver contract areas in conjunction with scheduled billing and payment reviews and will conclude in April 2012. Please note these training opportunities are being offered for the audience of HCS providers and Local Authority staff (a component code is required for registration). HCS providers and Local Authority staff need only to attend one of the sessions, as the same content will be presented during each session. Registration for those who pre-registered will begin at 8:30 a.m. Attendees must bring a valid form of identification to check-in. Individuals who have not pre-registered for this training in a particular location will only be admitted if space is available. Attendees should bring a printed copy of the HCS Billing Guidelines (PowerPoint Format | Adobe PDF).

San Antonio, Texas, at the Alamo Area of Council of Governments in the Al Notzon III Board Room located at 8700 Tesoro Drive, San Antonio, 78217, on Friday, March 16, 2012, from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 pm (lunch on your own) 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Registration begins at 8:30am. Space is limited and only two representatives from each contract may attend. Reservations are being accepted on a first come, first served basis with primary consideration given to those with contracts in waiver contract area 7.

Houston, Texas, at the MHMHR of Harris County Conference Center located at 7033 Southwest Freeway, Houston, 77074, on Thursday, March 29, 2012. Training will begin at 9:00 am-12:00 pm (lunch on your own) 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Registration begins at 8:30am. Space is limited and only two representatives from each contract may attend. Reservations are being accepted on a first come, first served basis with primary consideration given to those with contracts in waiver contract area 5.

Austin, Texas, at the John H. Winters Building located at 701 W.51st Street, Austin 78751, on Monday, April 5, 2012. Training will begin at 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. (lunch on your own) 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Registration begins at 8:30am. Space is limited and only two representatives from each contract may attend. Reservations are being accepted on a first come, first served basis with primary consideration given to those with contracts in waiver contract area 6.

Midland, Texas, at the Robert Earl and Sally Fisher Community Room located at 2304 Loop 40, Midland, 79706, on Thursday, April 12, 2012. Training will begin at 9:00 am-12:00 pm (lunch on your own) 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Registration begins at 8:30am. Space is limited and only two representatives from each contract may attend. Reservations are being accepted on a first come, first served basis with primary consideration given to those with contracts in waiver contract area 8.
