IDD Waivers Program Enrollment/Utilization Review

Program Enrollment/Utilization Review (PE/UR) encompasses several separate — but closely aligned — functions related to individual enrollments, intellectual disability and related conditions (ID/RC) assessments, Inventory for Client and Agency Planning (ICAP), and Individual Plans of Care (IPC).

This website is designed as a resource for current Home and Community-based Services (HCS), Texas Home Living (TxHmL) and Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with an Intellectual Disability (ICF/ID) program providers.

The site will help answer questions regarding:

individual program eligibility for these programs;
HCS enrollment, transfer, suspension and termination activities;
utilization review activities for the HCS and TxHmL waiver programs; and
utilization review activities for the ICF/ID program.
