Electronic Document Submission pilot project: survey now available
Currently the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) is conducting an Electronic Document Submission (EDS) Pilot in Regions 6 (Houston), 2/9 (Lubbock/Abilene), and 7 (Central Texas) to test the usefulness of submitting referral documents by e-mail between DADS and provider agencies. If your agency provides services in one or more of these regions where the pilot is being conducted (whether or not your agency participated in the pilot), please take a few minutes to complete the attached survey. Your input will assist DADS in gathering information regarding the effectiveness of the EDS Pilot. DADS values your input and would appreciate your responses to the survey by May 25, 2012.
Please click on the following link https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/EDS_Pilot_Survey to complete the 2-minute survey. DADS appreciates your input, which will help us evaluate the success of the pilot project.
