It is free to register on allnurses.com so that you can post to the MDS Coordinator Information forum.

Device Decision Guide – This document aids with determining the restraining, enabling or hazard effect of a device, helping guide the decision to use the device. It also recommends information that should be included in the resident’s individual care plan when a device is used.
