PURPOSE

• To provide data used for inter-county comparisons and caseload management of the TANF program.
• To summarize active caseloads, reviews, and applications for each region, broken down by counties within the region.

PROCEDURE

The computer is programmed to print this report each month at cutoff. It is printed in county number sequence within a region. Report RA-01C lists activity for each Form H1000-A/B transaction counted for the budgeted job number to which the employee number is entered or the transaction is assigned.

Distribution of the county summary is:

Copy 1 — Texas Works Budget Section
Copy 2 — Regional Director for Texas Works

Report Retention

Keep copies one and two for three fiscal years. Keep copy three until the next report is delivered or until no longer needed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

From MM/DD/YY to MM/DD/YY —  The inclusive dates of the reporting period (cutoff to cutoff).

Page XXX of XXX —  Page numbers.

Copy 1, 2, and 3 —  Mail codes to which each copy is sent.

Run MM/DD/YY —  Date the report is printed by the computer.

Regional Total —  Indicates the statistics for the total cases for the region from Report RA-01, Regional Summary.

County No. —  By county number, statistics on all horizontal data elements are printed for all counties included in the specified region. If more than one page is necessary, the county statistics are printed on following pages.

Vertical Data Elements —  The vertical data elements and their definitions on this report correspond exactly to data elements on the RA-01 report.
