This revision updates appendices with rules relating to cost determination process, reimbursement methodologies, and the establishment and adjustment of reimbursement rates by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. The noted rules now link directly to the applicable Texas Administrative Code sections on the Texas Secretary of State's web page.
