An individual enrolling in the Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) program or currently receiving CLASS services cannot be enrolled in the following Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) operated programs at the same time.

• Home and Community-based Services (HCS)
• Home-Delivered Meals (HDM)
• In-Home and Family Support Program (IHFSP)
• Managed Care Waiver
• Managed Care Non-Waiver
• Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP)
• Primary Home Care (PHC)
• Residential Care (RC)
• Special Services for Persons with Disabilities (SSPD) 24-Hour
• SSPD Day Care
• SSPD Other
• Texas Home Living (TxHmL)
• Local Authority Service Coordination
