F—210  General Policy

The budget and the certified group consist of the applicant only.

Example: Mrs. Smith is married and lives with her husband and their child. Mrs. Smith applies for and is eligible for the Former Foster Care in Higher Education program. The budget and certified group consists of only Mrs. Smith. Her husband and child are not included in the budget or the certified group.

F—220  Verification Requirements

There are no verification requirements for household determination. Accept individual’s statement as verification.
